Our Cotie Business Innovation Hub in Tiverton has some great spaces for your business needs.
Hotdesk & Coworking
Hire a spacious shared hotdesk in our coworking hub with access to our superfast broadband. Some desks are equipped with a 27” Monitor which you can connect your laptop to.
Meeting Pod.
For some added privacy, or to hold a
1-to-1 meeting you can hire our attractive Meeting Pod.
Conference & Training Rooms
For smaller training, board meetings and seminars, we have a flexible room which can hold up to 12 guests. The tables and chairs allow for the space to be easily transformed to your requirements.
For large conferences, we can host up to 65 guests in a row seated layout. It can also be configured in a table seated layout for up to 35 guests.
Creative Space
What makes Cotie unique is our creative spaces, you can hire a desk space, or a whole room where you can innovate new designs and products using the technology we have in the centre.

With 20 years of experience in retail management, business strategy, and client relations, James offers deep expertise and a strategic vision. His commitment to nurturing entrepreneurship and bolstering local businesses fuels innovation and drives regional economic growth. A proud alumnus of Petroc, James completed his Degree in Business Studies in 2006, reflecting his enduring dedication to education and community development.
