In this session you will immerse yourself in a VR headset and complete two training modules designed to enhance your leadership skills. You will be presented with different scenarios which will provide you with the skills you need to create an inclusive team environment.

About the event
In this session you will immerse yourself in a VR headset and complete two training modules designed to enhance your leadership skills. You will be presented with different scenarios which will provide you with the skills you need to create an inclusive team environment, how to challenge non-inclusive behaviour, and how to uncover and understand conflicts. The two modules in this 2.5 hours session are:
- Resolving Conflict
- Giving Feedback
- Understanding Conflict
For the full experience we receommend using one of the provided VR Headset, but if you cant or dont want to use a VR Headset, don't worry! Our experts will be on hand to guide you through each step and you can also complete the session on your own computer.
When you proceed to booking, you will be able to select one of three time slots where experts will be on hand to walk you through the process.
The bookable slots are:
- 9:00am - 11:30am
- 2:00pm - 4:30pm
*This session is free and fully funded for eligable organisations based within the Mid Devon Disctrict Council area, businesses outside this area may not be eligable and could be subject to a small charge, we will advise on confirming your booking.
About Cotie Tiverton
Cotie (Centre of Technology Innovation Excellence) is a new Business Innovation Hub based at the Petroc campus in Tiverton. We exist to support your business to grow and prosper. The new centre is being funded by the UK Government Shared Prosperity fund, powered by Leveling Up, and supported and financed by Mid Devon District Council.
