Developed in association with Petroc, and part-funded by the European Regional Development Fund, Cotie’s mission is to provide SMEs, start-ups, and micro-businesses with access to a wide range of advanced technology-based facilities, all designed to nurture business growth and develop product ideas and concepts.

With dedicated state-of-the-art spaces for design, development, 3D scanning and printing, clean room manufacturing, and immersive space, as well as crisply modern spaces for conferencing and hot desk working, all complete with professional-standard and XR equipment and software, we have everything you need to lift your product from the design page and launch it to proof of concept stage.
