About the event
Experience the future of Training! In this session you will immerse yourself in a VR headset and complete two training modules designed to enhance your customer service skills. You will be presented with two different scenarios which will allow you to experience emotional impact, practice maintaining control and de-escalating situations by ‘listening and responding’ rather than ‘reacting’ to an angry customer. Explore the positive and negative impacts that good and bad customer service can have on the customer’s emotions and experience. The two modules in this 2 hours session are:
Improve your Customer Service skills in difficult situations.
Learn how to make a difficult situation better.
