Business & Intellectual Property Centre Presents: ‘Create Your Own Life Story’ a Series of Live Coaching Sessions to Empower Devon Entrepreneurs

The Business and Intellectual Property Centre Devon is pleased to present ‘Create Your Own Life Story’, a series of live, in-person coaching workshops for the self-employed.

Fully funded by BIPC Devon and led by experienced coaches, William and Jayne Murtha. These weekly workshops will take place throughout February. Live sessions will be held at Exeter, Okehampton and Exmouth Libraires but all sessions will be available via Zoom too! William and Jayne Murtha are leadership, mindset, and transformation coaches that have supported leaders, MPs, Entrepreneurs, Sports Elite and TV Stars including Geordie Shore’s Vicky Pattinson, to prosper in their personal and professional lives.

This short course in self-coaching will provide practical tools and techniques to assist people in facing their fears, building self-confidence, and managing their emotions in order to focus on building the life they really want. This is a unique opportunity to experience professional coaching without the price tag, making it available to those who need it most.

Bonus videos will be released throughout the course for those that sign up, enabling participants to develop their self-care practice in their own time, making this course accessible to anyone, no matter how hectic their life is.

At different times of their lives Will and Jayne, have both had near-death experiences which ultimately inspired them in the work they now do. Their joint passion is helping people to uncover their creative potential, so they can go on to live fulfilling and purposeful lives.

Richard Love, BIPC Devon Marketing & Engagement Manager,

“The challenges and demands of modern life can often be overwhelming. It can be easy to feel overwhelmed by negative news and the struggles of daily life. These coaching sessions aim to provide attendees with the mindset and self-help tools necessary to regain balance and stability, allowing them to focus on building real and lasting change”

The British Library

We are the national library of the UK and we are here for everyone. Our shelves hold over 170 million items – a living collection that gets bigger every day. Although our roots extend back centuries, we aim to collect everything published in the UK today, tomorrow and far into the future. Our trusted experts care for this collection and open it up for everyone to spark new discoveries, ideas and to help people do incredible things.

We have millions of books, and much more besides. Our London and Yorkshire sites hold collections ranging from newspapers and maps to sound recordings, patents, academic journals, as well as a copy of every UK domain website and blog. Our public spaces provide a place to research, to meet friends, to start up a new business or simply to get inspired by visiting our galleries and events. We work with partners and libraries across the UK and the world to make sure that as many people as possible have the chance to use and explore our collections, events and expertise. And we’re always open online, along with more and more of our digitised collection.

The Business & IP Centre opened at the British Library in March 2006 with the help of London Development Agency funding. Since then, it has welcomed over 750,000 people through the doors and helped to create thousands of businesses and new jobs. The Centre provides entrepreneurs and SMEs with a free and low-cost programme of workshops, one-to-ones and networking events as well as intellectual property advice and access to high value databases, including global company and financial information and market research reports worth over £5 million.
