Photogrammetry and 3D Printing for Beginners – Thursday 29th & Friday 30th September 10am – 4pm

In this beginner’s course in photogrammetry and digital imaging you will gain practical hands-on experience planning, creating, and producing 3D models from your photos. Continuing the process, you will be able to reconstruct your 3D model into a digital 3D copy using point scans. These can then be implemented from a practical perspective either as a digital copy or recreated into a 3D object in a virtual reality setting and viewed through our new HTC Vive Focus 3 VR headsets.

This course is aimed at photographers who want to know how to process images to recreate 3D scenes, those with an interest in the construction or engineering field or simply anyone wanting to understand exactly what photogrammetry is and how to apply it to your business.

We invite you to bring along your own cameras/camera phones; however, we do have cameras available on request.
